Aplicação de small-sided games (SSG) em diferentes contextos no handebol de alto rentimento: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Os small-sided games (SSG) é um modelo ecológico de ensino do jogo aplicado aos esportes coletivos. No entanto, no handebol é uma estratégia escassa na literatura. Sabendo disso, o objetivo da presente revisão sistemática foi tripla: (i) analisar o uso dos jogos reduzidos como estratégia de aquecimento no handebol; (ii) avaliar se. O contato físico é capaz de alterar respostas fisiológicas, neuromusculares e inflamatórias no SSG no handebol;(iii) comparar o uso dos jogos reduzidos com outras estratégias para melhorar as capacidades físicas em atletas de handebol. Após as buscas nas bases de dados pubmed e web of science no mês de agosto de 2022. Foram encontrados 99 estudos na busca nas bases de dados. Após a primeira triagem critérios de exclusão foram estabelecidos e apenas 7 estudos foram incluídos na presente revisão. Os estudos mostraram que o aquecimento feito pelos SSG podem oferecer melhores respostas quando comparado ao aquecimento tradicional. Além disso, o SSG com contato físico pode produzir respostas inflamatórias maiores e um pior desempenho no salto contramovimento quanto comparado ao SSG sem contato físico. A presente revisão sistemática revelou que ainda que os dados sejam escassos quanto o uso da metodologia para o aquecimento, o SSG pode ser uma boa alternativa para ser usada antes de jogos e treinamentos. Adicionalmente, o SSG pode ser uma excelente estratégia para o treinamento no dia a dia, haja vista que, possui altos níveis de afetividade e aderência, além de melhorar capacidades físicas, neuromusculares e possuir uma boa recuperação após o treinamento quanto comparado a vários métodos de treinamento.
